Well, what is brain plasticity and what that has to do with me, or you or everyone? You better read 'The brain that changes itself' by Dr Norman Doidge. Form there, I've learned enormously. Then I fine this video and it's worth your attention. There are many more. if you want to keep your brain younger and prevent Alzeimer, surely you'd like to know more about your brain.
